A Deep Wreck, Coral Covered Pinnacles & Great Macro, That Is Why We Dive King Cruiser, Shark Point & Koh Doc Mai

If you have not been diving on the King Cruiser Wreck you are missing out on diving one of the most easily accessible and truly alive wrecks in Thailand and by far the largest wreck we have here. There is also no chance of missing the wreck as we have a mooring line attached to it. Allowing divers to descend easily even in strong currents and a great way to do your safety stops. The Cruiser is 86 Meters long and some days it’s hard to see it because the swarming snapper, barracuda and other schooling fish life. Massive Mangrove Snapper and Grouper hide out in the wreckage and nudidbranch’s like Doriprismatica atromarginata cover the wreck.

A Reef And Wall To Complete The Day

Beyond the King Cruiser we have Shark Point, 3 underwater pinnacles with a spectacular array of life and famed for Tiger Tail Sea Horses and Leopard Sharks, not to mention stingrays, bent stick pipe fish and every type of moray and scorpion fish you can think of. Still not sold, well don’t forget we also have Koh Doc Mai, a spectacular wall dive that also has two easily accessible caves, one large, one small, both with a few nice hidden secrets, remember to ask your guides.

This diving tour is recommended for experienced divers only. Open water divers with 10 – 20 dives, PADI Advanced Divers and beyond. This tour is not suitable for Discover Scuba Divers, Scuba Review or Snorkeling.

From June to October

As we enter Phuket’s monsoon season, our dive schedule will shift to prioritize comfort and safety. During this time, we’ll be focusing on the stunning, closer dive sites around the Racha Islands, which offer better protection from seasonal weather.

These beautiful locations provide excellent visibility and marine life, ensuring that even in monsoon season, your diving experience remains top-notch. Reach out to us for the latest trip schedules and dive site options!

Equipment Rental

If you have your own equipment, great, bring it with you on the day trip when you are picked up by our local drivers in the morning. We have both DIN and Yoke tanks on our Phuket dive boat, and adapters for DIN to Yoke. Your equipment will be safely brought to the boat by our crew, no worries on your part, just relax and talk to your guide.

We also have a lot of spare equipment on board, wet suits, fins, masks, regulators and BCD's, ensuring that a malfunctioning piece of equipment won't ruin your day!

King Cruiser, Shark Point & Koh Doc Mai Tour Itinerary

Our dive tours to King Cruiser, Shark Point & Koh Doc Mai, usually see us doing the first dive at the King Cruiser, this is usually the deepest dive of the day as the bottom of the cruiser lies at 33m the top at 18m. Second dive we go to Shark Point where you have the option of three amazing anemone and coral covered pinnacles to explore. The third and final dive of the day will be at Koh Doc Mai where you can explore two large and easily accessible caves that have a few hidden secrets.

What’s Included

Along with top notch guides and great diving, our price includes almost everything: 3 dives, guide, equipment, hotel transfers (from Kamala, Patong, Karon, Kata, Rawai, Nai harn and Chalong only), breakfast, lunch, snacks, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee.

What’s Not Included

If you’re staying in a resort outside the above listed then there may be a small additional charge. However we pick up from anywhere on Phuket. Accommodation is not included but we are more than happy to recommend local hotels. Beer (THB 60) is available to buy on the boat.
