Great Phuket Diving Discount For Thai And Expats

Life on Phuket is a little strange at the moment. The crowds are gone and it feels very deserted but we’re still diving! For those working here both Thai and expat, it’s a difficult situation and every opportunity to take the mind away from worries and enjoy yourself is a welcome distraction.

There probably couldn’t be a better time to visit our beautiful island. The beaches are deserted, view points and usually crowded areas such as Promthep Cape are empty but still stunning. Although not too many hotels are open, the ones that are are offering great deals.

The diving around Phuket is great at the moment. There’s very rarely more than one boat on the dive sites and the weather gods have been extremely generous so far. Leopard sharks are back at Shark Point, it’s octopus and cuttlefish breeding time and schools of fish seem to be getting bigger by the day.

So we’re offering great Phuket diving discounts for Thai nationals and expats who either book or go diving from now until the end of May 2021. Our day trips have a 20% discount and include equipment and nitrox for nitrox certified divers.

Our Dive Destinations

We’re also offering a 15% discount on PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Nitrox, Deep, Rescue and EFR. The PADI Discover scuba diving for Thai’s and expats is just THB 4,000

You can also get 20% off all Aqualung equipment

Don’t worry, these prices still include all facets of our excellent service. We’re not going to make you row to the dive sites, just give you rice and water or put you in a group of 10. It will still be a maximum of four divers to every guide/instructor. You’ll get three dives, guide, breakfast, a delicious Thai lunch, snacks, water, tea, coffee, tanks, weights and weight belts. So it really is a great Phuket diving discount.

If you need equipment, it’s just THB 200 for a full set. If you can’t get yourself to Chalong Pier then we may be able to include a pick up depending on your location. For the Phi Phi trip there is a National Park Fee of THB 600 (foreigner) or THB 240 (Thai).

It’s a rare chance to get such a great deal in perfect diving conditions so strike while the irons hot and sample the fantastic diving that’s on your doorstep.

leopard shark at shark point

Shark Point Phuket

For many divers visiting Phuket, Shark Point is at the top of the list. These stunning pinnacles half way between Phuket and Phi Phi attract tons of life from the featureless areas surrounding it. It's named after the leopard sharks that like to rest on the sandy bottom in the day time. They're not so common as they used to be. After a decline in numbers for a few years, they're becoming a common sighting again. Even without the sharks i [...]

scuba diving is very safe Scuba Diving For Beginners

Is Scuba Diving Safe?

We're obviously biased but we think scuba diving is a very safe activity. Of course as with all adventure sports/hobbies there is an element of risk. The hard facts support that accidents in scuba diving are firstly rare and mostly the fault of the diver and could have been easily avoided. So let's have a look at some of the common safety procedures that keep you safe. Unsurprisingly, running out of air is the main culprit in scuba div [...]

the no fog cressi diving mask Equipment We Like

Cressi A1 No Fog Diving Mask

There's nothing worse in diving than a foggy mask, well maybe running out of air, triggerfish, getting stung, putting on a cold wet wetsuit, DCS etc. After all we go diving to look at and explore the incredibly beautiful underwater world. Not many masks come out of the box completely fog free but the Cressi A1 does. You don't have to treat the mask at all. If you do, you may well damage the coating. Not only is it a no fog diving mask but [...]
