Taking the digital underwater photography course can fast track you to impressive photo memories of your Phuket diving holiday. Digital underwater camera’s have made capturing scuba diving images much more simple but are you really happy with your results?

Do your photo’s come out to green or blurred and not really capture the beauty of what you’ve seen? This informative course can point you in the right direction with some simple tips and exercises. Getting the stunning images that you see from the pro’s will take time and patience but it’s definitely possible for everyone.

If you’ve already got an underwater camera system then we’ll show you how to get the best results with what you have or point you in the right direction if you’re looking to buy your first camera. Our instructors have experience with many camera brands so are able to offer valuable advice.

Before you get started with you should definitely read our underwater photography blog to see if you’re ready. Make sure you’re diving skills are ready so that you have a good platform.

You’ll need to be Open Water or Junior Open Water to take this course.

Over two dives with our PADI professional you will learn:

How to prepare, maintain and adjust settings on your camera .
The PADI SEA (Shoot, Examine, Adjust) method for getting great shots quickly.
The Principles for good composition of underwater images.
The Practical techniques to take great photos with your digital camera.

Price Per Person

1 Day – 3 Dives

Consider taking the underwater photography course alongside the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy so you can give yourself every chance of getting that perfect shot.

What’s Included

Along with professional training and great memories, our price includes almost everything:

  • 3 dives
  • All PADI materials and certification fees
  • Instructor fees
  • All necessary equipment
  • Hotel transfers (from Kamala, Patong, Karon, Kata, Rawai, Nai harn and Chalong only)
  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, tea and coffee

What’s Not Included

If you’re staying in a resort outside the above listed then there may be a small additional charge. However we pick up from anywhere on Phuket. Accommodation is not included but we’re more than happy to recommend local hotels. if your course falls on a Phi Phi day (Sunday or Wednesday) then there will be a THB 600 National Park entrance fee. Soft drinks (THB 30) and beer (THB 60) are available to buy on the boat. We do recommend that you bring your own camera but you can rent from us for THB 1,000
