Nitrox Membrane System On MV Kebsup

Nitrox Membrane System On MV Kebsup

MV Kebsup Is Now One Of The Few Scuba diving Boats In Phuket With A Nitrox Membrane System

Our day trip to the King Cruiser wreck is one of the most popular on the Phuket diving scene. It’s even more enjoyable if you dive with Enriched Air Nitrox. The depth of the wreck 18 – 32m can make it a short dive on normal air tanks but with Nitrox you can easily make a full 50 minutes as long as your air consumption allows.

With this is mind we decided to invest in a Nitrox membrane system. Allowing divers to chose on the day if they would prefer Nitrox and if your not already Nitrox certified, we have the teaching facilities on the boat to get you certified. SO you can start the course on the dive day and begin enjoying the benefits immediately.

Our nitrox membrane system produces a set 32% Nitrox blend, the most widely used recreational mix. We can supply other blends for technical divers but this has to be ordered in advance.

We keep a bank of at least 20 tanks filled with 32% nitrox on the boat. Our hard working crew will fill any advance orders the evening before. So any diver who fills like switching to over to enriched air just has to inform their guide and our boat boys will fill some more.

We continue to try and make our boat the most diver friendly in Phuket. We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with the the needs of the modern diver and our door is always open to new suggestions.

I've been enjoying the incredible marine life in our oceans for over 25 years. 13 years ago I became a PADI professional in Phuket, hoping to introduce as many people as possible to the incredible beauty of the seas.

Having been fortunate enough to dive all over south east and especially Thailand, I enjoy sharing my diving experiences and passion on this blog.

Originally from Bristol in the UK, I swapped the frigid waters of the North Atlantic for the warm tropical seas around Thailand and can confidently say that I wouldn't go back

The dive will begin near the very beautiful coral gardens at around 4-5 meters. Many species of jewel like damselfish, butterfly fis [...]

Lots Of Nudibranchs To Be Found When Scuba Diving In Phuket Rare & Peculiar Critters

Nudibranchs of Phuket

These bizarre little creatures are on every Phuket diving site and most stand out like a sore thumb. It's not an animal that Phuket is renowned for. So if you ask your guide what the sluggy looking thing that they pointed out was you may get nudibranch as an answer and if you question further you'll run into some well rehearsed diversion tactics. To be fair to us there are so many species. It would be impossible to know them all, add to th [...]
