Manta Queen 1

Manta Queen 1

4 Days/4 Nights From THB 28,000

Similan Islands Diving at a Great Price

Manta Queen 1 operates 4 Day/4 Night trips to Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. The large common areas make this one of the most sociable and fun liveaboards in Thailand.
The 22 guests are accommodated in compact but comfortable air-conditioned cabins which come in twin, double and quad share configurations, something for everyone.

The plentiful and tasty food is cooked fresh in the onboard kitchen and served buffet style on the outside shaded dining area, fresh fruit and snacks are available after every dive. If you’ve eaten too much (a common occurrence) then the dinghy can take you over to one of the many beautiful beaches for a quick stroll.

Another efficient and exceptionally good value trip from the Manta Queen fleet.

Cuttlefish – Cross Dressing Light Bending Camouflage Kings

Cuttlefish belong the to the mollusc family and look like something between an octopus and a squid. Unlike most molluscs, the cephalopod branch which includes cuttlefish, squid and octopus are fairly smart. Certainly compared to their simpleton slug cousins but as with all geeks there comes weirdness - lots of weirdness. Let's get the ball rolling with this cardiovascular indulgence. Cuttlefish have three hearts, one each for their two [...]

Am I Fit Enough To Scuba Dive?

Being fit enough to scuba dive is not that difficult. You certainly don't have to be a perfect physical specimen. Once in the water it's possible for anyone to achieve neutral buoyancy. Your weight, age or general physical fitness makes no difference with this aspect of scuba diving. There's plenty of physically impaired divers around who just need help getting in and out of the water. The diving community tend to be a helpful bunch and are a [...]
