Manta Queen 1

Manta Queen 1

4 Days/4 Nights From THB 19,500 Including Equipment

Similan Islands Diving at a Great Price

The Manta Queen 1 runs 4 Day/4 Night trips to Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. The large common areas make this one of the most sociable and fun liveaboards in Thailand.
The 22 guests are accommodated in compact but comfortable air-conditioned cabins which come in twin, double and quad share configurations, something for everyone.

The plentiful and tasty food is cooked fresh in the onboard kitchen and served buffet style on the outside shaded dining area, fresh fruit and snacks are available after every dive. If you’ve eaten too much (a common occurrence) then the dinghy can take you over to one of the many beautiful beaches for a quick stroll.

Another efficient and exceptionally good value trip from the Manta Queen fleet.

Phi Phi Island & Shark Point – Dive Tour

It might not sound like fun to be surrounded by 10 - 15 Black Tip Reef Sharks, but until you've done it, you won't understand the thrill and the excitement that scuba diving at Phi Phi's Palong Wall can bring. Some of the dive sites there are absolute mecca's for Black Tips, and another one of our favourite dive sites, 'Turtle Rock' is a home for hungry Hawksbills, many of them very unperturbed by divers so they make for great muses for photo [...]

Fun Diving With Local Dive Thailand

Phuket diving is always fun, we are simply referring to any dive that is not a training or certification dive. So a certified PADI Open Water diver who books a Phi Phi Island day trip tour with Local Dive Thailand, is a fun diver and on one of our day trip diving tours can do up to 3 fun dives that day, in this case it would be 2 at Phi Phi and one on the return journey home at Shark Point or Anemone Reef, depending on conditions. So if you [...]

What Is A Phuket Liveaboard Safari?

The best diving in Phuket and Thailand for that matter is inside the Similan and Surin Island National Parks and the most efficient and cost effective way to dive these fantastic locations is on-board one of the many liveaboard safari boats that run trips from mid October to May. It's essentially a floating hotel that supplies everything you need for the trip. Once you step on-board the first evening of the trip apart from a couple of be [...]

Phuket Diving Trips – How it Works

I've dived in many places around the world and it's fair to say that scuba diving in Phuket differs greatly from anywhere else I've experienced. Most of the best diving spots in the world are fairly remote with limited infrastructure but Phuket is very different negating the necessity of staying in a dive resort or very close to the boat departure point. As a result divers come from all over the island to join us, so if you're wondering how it [...]
