End Of Season Similan Island Diving Sale

End Of Season Similan Island Diving Sale

Further Reductions In March, April and May In Similan Island Diving Sale

If you’ve left your booking late the you can take advantage of the end of season Similan Island diving sale with the Manta Queen fleet. It’s not been a great year for the Phuket diving industry, the strong baht hasn’t done us many favours. Now with the outbreak of the corona virus, the liveaboards have had many cancellations.

The divers who have travelled to Phuket have a fantastic season so far. Our day trip sites have seen the welcome return of leopard sharks and the cooler water in the Similans has attracted unusual visitors. Generally rare sightings such as bowmouth and giant guitarfish have been very common and we’ve even had multiple tiger shark sightings.

So if you’re brave enough to travel you could be in for a treat. Not only great diving but a great price. Prices are valid for any trip with availability through March, April and May 2020.

MV Smiling Seahorse Photographers First Choice

The MV Smiling Seahorse caters exceptionally well for photographers. The owners are professional underwater photographers so they know exactly what's required. No need to leave your expensive equipment in a camera bucket, just rinse and use the convenient shelves to do what all photographers love to do - fiddle with their gear. avoiding seasickness Scuba Diving Health

How Do I Avoid Seasickness?

How do I avoid seasickness is a question we often get asked. Fortunately throughout the Phuket diving high season we're blessed with generally flat seas. Around the beginning of May we start to get a swell come in from the open ocean. Although for most this has little impact on your dive day, for those who get seasick it can be horrible but there are ways to avoid it. Not going to go too far into the science but essentially your brain [...]
